HOW WE PRICE ON OUR WEBSITE:

Prices are generally updated on our website daily, around 11am. The daily update will reflect the prior day's second London fix for gold & silver metal markets, plus our premiums. Prices are generally based on a generic customer profile. 

 

If you are registered with us as part of a buying group, then when you log in you will see prices already including your buying discount online. We are bringing all the info up to date regularly, but kindly let us know if you feel your information is not correct. For example, if you recently left or joined a buying group, but already had an account set up with us, it may take some time for our systems to reflect this change, and in that instance your pricing would be a little off.

The cost per item and the total cost you see when submitting your order does not reflect any additional costs you may incur, such as shipping costs.

 

Generally, we expect you to use the prices listed as a rough estimate of what you will be charged for an item. If you need to get specific pricing based on your customer profile with us, feel free to give us a call.
