The Phillip Gavriel spring clearance sale ("The Spring Refresh Sale") is valid ending on March 31, 2024, or whenever the items are sold out, whichever comes first. Royal Chain reserves the right to modify this date without any prior notification. Eligible items can be found at https://www.royalchain.com/phillip-gavriel/special-promotion.html. No additional Royal Chain merchandise is eligible for this discount.

Items purchased before February 21, 2024 are not valid for any price adjustments. Availability of these items is first come, first serve. No rainchecks will be honored. All the items featured in this special sale, will cease being sold on a date to be determined by Royal Chain. As such, no returns, exchanges or repairs will be honored on these items. Repairs will be honored only for items purchased at the full price within the last 6 months until March 1st. After March 1st, Royal Chain will not honor any repairs or replacements to any of the items featured in this sale.

Please adjust your purchases according to the final sale policy, and understand that no exceptions will be made due to the nature of the promotion.

Can I get an adjustment to prior purchases?

No, we are unable to make price adjustments to prior purchases made before February 21st, 2024, due to the extremely limited quantity available.

Can I return an item if I do not like it?

Returns are not eligible on pieces featured in this promotion. Please inspect your piece within 24 hours of receiving it. If there is an issue with the item, please contact us at [email protected] within that 24 hours. Our quality control will inspect the piece before it is shipped. In the event the item is received with a defect, we will offer a replacement immediately. After 24 hours, the item will be considered final sale with no exceptions.
